About us

CircuitOps is a technical assessment tool, in which candidates are tested using real world scenarios of tasks they will have to complete on the job. It currently focuses on roles that require troubleshooting as a skill, such as DevOps and Site Reliability Engineers (SREs).

How does CircuitOps work?

CircuitOps creates live scenarios with broken components, and asks candidates to demonstrate their abilities by diagnosing and fixing issues. This is the key difference between CircuitOps and software engineering focused assessment tools such as HackerRank and Codility where a candidate is asked to demonstrate their programming ability (vs troubleshooting) by writing a piece of code to do a specific function.
